  • MANCHESTER CENTER — Manchester Community Library will offer a six-week session of beginner Mah-Jongg lessons on the following Fridays: November 8, 15 and 22; and December 6, 13, and 20, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Space is limited to eight participants. The lessons are taught by Lynn Kaplan and are free and open to library members. Each student needs to purchase a National Mah Jongg League Rules Card at www.nationalmahjonggleague.org. Participants need to commit to all six classes and need to stay for the duration of each lesson.
